Job Description
LivePerson is looking for a dynamic, hands-on technology licensing counsel capable of supporting commercial contracting as well as privacy and AI Compliance. In this role, you will work within the Legal team to support sales and commercial contracting and to align and create internal and customer-facing processes that support trusted AI innovation, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
You will engage in all facets of B2B commercial and technology SaaS contracting supporting our sales and business teams in managing and negotiating commercial agreements and related documentation; Support all legal processes related to customer queries, RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires and FAQs. Assist in developing and maintaining processes and frameworks to align our business practices with privacy and AI standards globally. You will also draft, review, and advise on employment agreements and partner with HR on employment-related legal matters.
