In this role, you will work within the Legal team to support sales and commercial contracting and to align and create internal and customer-facing processes that support trusted AI innovation, data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Tax Manager to oversee and manage LivePerson's tax compliance, reporting, and planning functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to lead cross-functional efforts to ensure accurate and timely filing while identifying opportunities for tax efficiency. This role will report to the Global Controller.

The team is responsible for products, tools and services to manage and streamline all AI efforts at LivePerson. This is an opportunity to shape the way we do data science and build AI-based products. You will be providing engineering support for ML model development.

Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Develop and enforce security best practices for cloud-based applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Manage and secure Kubernetes (GKE) clusters, ensuring proper configuration, security, and scalability. Develop CI/CD pipelines that integrate GCP, Kubernetes, and HashiCorp Vault for secure and automated deployments.

You will own the production and drive the distribution and performance of high-quality marketing assets, with an emphasis on long-form editorial content, customer stories, industry thought leadership, and data-driven storytelling.

In this remote role as a Sales Development Representative, you will perform outbound sales prospecting activities directed at customers and targets to create and develop leads and build pipelines. Using social media and other tools, you'll capture prospect profiles that support meaningful conversations. You will research potential clients, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and manage CRM data.

Looking for an experienced Data Engineer to provide data engineering expertise and support to various analytical products of LivePerson, and assist in migrating our existing data processing ecosystem from Hadoop (Spark, MapReduce, Java, and Scala) to Databricks on GCP. As the Principal Technical Product Manager, you will define product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective execution of the product roadmap. Creating intuitive user experiences and staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Conversational AI will be integral to the role.

As a Director, Industry Value Advisor, you'll strategically partner with clients to identify, quantify, and realize the value of our solutions within their industry. You'll use your industry knowledge and understanding of our products to create points of view and business cases demonstrating ROI. This role requires strategic thinking, industry expertise, and strong client engagement skills.

Work with major enterprise brands to understand their business goals, their customer personas and intents to define an automation roadmap. Review and provide feedback on other designer’s work. Prioritize design work to meet project goals and deadlines.
