In this role you will:

  • Operate as the NOC’s first point of escalation
  • Ensure NOC shift operations are executed properly
  • Manage NOC’s shift schedule including PTO requests

Your qualifications are:

  • Supporting & troubleshooting web/internet applications
  • Windows & Linux OS proficiency
  • Experience with GCP or other public cloud technologies
