We're looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to help us accelerate new customer acquisition! You’ll work full funnel with marketing, data and product to create new demand, capture it efficiently and improve conversion. You’ll spin many plates, align cross functional teams and drive tactical decisions that help us grow. This role reports directly into our Director of Growth Marketing, placing you at the heart of our growth strategy.

Self-motivated leader who works with technology teams, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and business leaders to plan, organize, and deliver technology initiatives in a timely manner, tracking priority, resource capacity, inter-team dependencies, milestones, risks, and issues. Directs and manages enterprise technology programs and projects throughout the entire lifecycle with at least 1 initiative in excess of $5M+.
