Principal Engineer, AI Architect

Position Overview:

• Deliver the next-generation of Conversational AI by leveraging Generative AI technology.
• Report directly to the Head of Architecture and work with the innovation team.
• Shape the AI vision of LivePerson as an architect.

Key Responsibilities & Impact:

• Architect and build next-generation Conversational AI products that push boundaries.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, setting technical direction and best practices.
• Partner with Product to translate vision into scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 13+ years building full-stack applications with Java and Node.js.
• 7+ years designing and architecting enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• 5+ years shipping AI products to production.
