Lead AI Architect/Strategist

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute AI architecture strategies and technical roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Design scalable AI platforms and solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation.
• Develop architecture patterns and best practices for LLM-based applications, Agentic AI workflows, and knowledge retrieval systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years designing and implementing AI/ML solutions with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Strong programming experience with Python and experience with cloud AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting Federal Government or healthcare environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerized applications, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation.
