Help build Atlassian’s privacy compliance function globally with a “customer first” approach, partnering with teams to advise on the impact of emerging privacy laws and regulations, and collaborating on risk-based privacy controls as a Senior Privacy Counsel - Trust.

Advise on regulatory issues, including product offering, compliance, AML/CTF, marketing restrictions, and licensing. Draft and review strategic plans and submissions to regulatory authorities, responding to regulatory inquiries and help shape the long-term regulatory strategy. Develop and manage the APAC legal and compliance programme and ongoing regulatory strategy. Anticipate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws.
