Responsible for analyzing coverage, liability, damages, evaluating reserves and negotiating settlement or conclusion of complex claims. Demonstrate ability to handle complex coverage issues.

Provide legal advice and support to Binance’s business and compliance teams on issues related to anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor and interpret regulatory developments. Engage with regulatory bodies and deliver internal training.
