Drive business outcomes through analytic and strategic support for Affirm’s Small Business (SMB) merchants and one-to-many platform partners. Analyze and report realized performance to company leaders and external partners on key top-line performance metrics and targets, and drive accountability for results. Design and deliver scalable automated user and financial dashboards and analytics for cross departmental and executive consumption.
Affirm is seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Success Manager to launch, manage, and expand a portfolio of our ISV partners, and this individual will be responsible for driving tangible growth outcomes within their assigned ISVs, focusing on accelerating new ISV launches, identifying go-to-market opportunities, and executing new product and marketing initiatives.
