The Senior Director of Enterprise Technology Strategy will serve as the senior leader responsible for shaping, building, and scaling Harbor’s Enterprise Technology Strategy solution globally. This leader will define the strategic vision, architect digital transformation programs, and lead enterprise-wide technology modernization for law firms and legal organizations. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technology foresight, and change leadership.

You will serve as a senior strategic and operational principal within the AI Platform Product Management team supporting the SVP, Platform Fundamentals. You will guide a high-performing Strategic Operations team reporting to the VP, Strategic Operations. In this role, you will help define the business’s strategic priorities, drive operational excellence, and ensure the organization executes with agility, transparency, and measurable outcomes.

This role is a trusted strategic thought partner to the CPO & COO, the GVP of STEP Strategic Operations and the entire STEP leadership team and also serves as an active cross-functional collaborator and team builder to bring our strategy to life across ServiceNow as we execute today and transform for tomorrow. You will skillfully help us manage through a rapid change to an AI-Native future.
