What You'll Do:
- Work directly with business owners to develop business plans, growth strategies, and actionable priorities.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify operational challenges and help owners implement practical solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven operating experience as a CEO, President, COO, or comparable senior executive with direct P&L accountability.
- Experience growing small and midsized businesses with revenues from $500K to $30M+.
- Financial and strategic acumen, plus hands-on leadership to help owners execute.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $110,000 base salary with $182,000+ total earnings potential through performance-based compensation.
- Full-time W-2 employment with clients provided by HTM.
- Uncapped performance opportunity subject to the compensation plan.
