Responsibilities:
- Serve as financial leader for a portfolio of ~30 client businesses, analyzing financials and identifying growth opportunities.
- Build and manage forecasts, budgets, cash-flow strategies, and KPI dashboards to drive profitability.
- Partner with owners on strategic decisions, pricing, margins, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally with small to mid-sized businesses.
- Proven experience advising founders and senior leadership, managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, able to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
