Benesch is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide executive leadership for the firm's financial strategy, operations, and long-term fiscal health.
This role partners closely with executive leadership and operational leaders to support sustainable growth and strengthen financial performance.

The Impact You Will Have:

Lead the overall financial strategy and fiscal management of the organization.
Direct financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis across the organization.
Oversee cash flow, borrowing, capital management, overhead, and financial risk.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; executive-level experience leading finance and accounting functions.
Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
