About the Role:
- Help law firm owners understand their numbers and improve profitability.
- Operate as a strategic financial partner to ~30 growing law firms.
- Focus entirely on financial leadership without business development or back-office tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the financial leader for ~30 client businesses.
- Review financial statements, identify opportunities, and build forecasts and budgets.
- Partner with owners on strategic growth and financial accountability.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience advising small to mid-sized businesses.
- Direct experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $110,000 base + performance compensation, with $182,000+ on-target earnings.
