What You'll Do:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, shaping company planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives.
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and modeling to inform strategic decisions and assess ROI.
- Oversee revenue analytics, pipeline health, and commercial performance to drive predictability.
What They're Looking For:
- 7–12+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in a high-growth or PE-backed environment.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to build complex business cases.
- Exceptional executive communication and leadership capabilities to develop teams and influence strategy.
