Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

What will you do:

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to commercial leaders, evaluating growth opportunities and investment decisions across cash-pay and insurance-covered areas.
• Own planning and forecasting for revenue, acquisition, retention, pricing, insurance mix, unit economics, and marketing efficiency.
• Build driver-based financial models and develop business cases for new initiatives, pricing changes, and partnerships.

What will you NOT do:

• Worry about runway or cash left; the company is fully funded.
• Be confined to a narrow job scope; you'll get involved in product, marketing, and business strategy.
• Deal with office politics, ego, or bad attitudes; only positive, pleasure-to-work-with people are allowed.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
• At least 1-2 years of Commercial Finance/FP&A experience and healthcare revenue model understanding required.
• Strong financial modeling skills, commercial instincts, and ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
