Required Qualifications:

5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or related roles.
2+ years dedicated Deal Desk or Commercial Operations experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with financial modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback analysis).
Background in high-growth or scaling companies.
Experience in healthcare services or marketplace businesses.
