About the Role:
- As Finance Manager, you'll drive financial planning, headcount management, and reporting.
- You'll partner closely with RevOps on GTM capacity and Deal Desk on pricing analysis.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain company financial model with focus on headcount planning and budget tracking.
- Own sales capacity planning models and support ad-hoc pricing analysis.
- Prepare month-end close reporting packages and build KPI dashboards for leadership.
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of FP&A experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Strong financial modeling in Excel and eagerness to adopt modern EPM tools.
- Highly organized with cross-functional communication skills.
