What You'll Do:
- Support Company-Wide Planning & Forecasting: Play a critical role in annual and long-range plans, partnering with department heads.
- Own Revenue and Cash Flow Forecasting: Continuously refine models to improve accuracy.
- Deliver Executive & Board-Level Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly financial packages and identify key variances.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth environments.
- Strong command of full-statement financials and SaaS-specific metrics.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with extreme ownership mentality.
