Key Responsibilities:
- Build deep partnerships with Sales and Marketing leadership by providing strategic decision support and identifying market trends.
- Own and continuously improve forecasting models for members and revenue, ensuring alignment with pipeline and long-range planning.
- Own GTM KPIs and ROI frameworks like CAC, LTV, and Payback to guide decisions.
What You Will Bring:
- 8+ years in FP&A, GTM Finance, or Strategic Finance in a high-growth environment.
- Experience supporting Sales or Marketing leadership with strong understanding of revenue models and unit economics.
- Expert in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and solving unstructured problems.
