The Proposals Pricing Analyst will help drive growth and fulfill the needs of our business by participating in the presales process. In this role they will conduct claims analysis and create deliverables to assist the sales team in illustrating the SmithRx value proposition to potential clients, consultants, and benefit brokers. The Proposals Pricing Analyst will interface with internal teams across the organization to provide savings insights.
The Customer Success Team helps SmithRxβs clients derive the full value of their PBM services by building and managing effective relationships and communicating the value of services. As a Clinical Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers via pharmacy benefit analysis and clinical consultation delivery, serving as a trusted advisor for clinical pharmacy services.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing the day-to-day cash receipts from customers, managing customer communications, and solving billing issues. The specialist will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, self-driven and detail-oriented.
The Associate Revenue Operations Analyst role will provide operational support to Analysts on the Revenue Operations Team, whose focus is on scaling current processes and tech stack management. This position will support the Analysts in day-to-day operations for small deals and contract management, as well as other projects within the Revenue Operations scope. This is a growing team, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with an agile, constantly changing environment.
