As Director of Strategic Operations, you will drive the development and execution of high-impact initiatives that expand care access and improve outcomes for underserved populations. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll lead mission-critical projects from concept through launch—shaping company strategy while rolling up your sleeves to deliver results. Your work will directly influence how Pair Team scales its model and serves its most complex patients.

You’ll lead and scale a 50+ person org across two critical teams: Member Support and Member Benefits. You’ll be responsible for defining and driving the strategy, execution, and outcomes of these functions, reporting to the VP of Member Operations.

You will define and drive the strategy, execution, and outcomes of client delivery, working cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to lead efficient, high-quality implementations.

The Manager, Market Management supports membership growth and management by ensuring providers and other key stakeholders across our service area have the information and support they need to provide best-in-class member care, achieve our growth goals and drive quality health outcomes. You will develop and analyze trends that help drive best-in-class member care and quality outcomes, while meeting affordability targets. You will assist in the development of strong relationships with community partners and develops key insights within our markets to guide overall growth strategies.

The Senior Director / VP of Central Operations will oversee and scale the company’s centralized support operations. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, quality, and scalability across all centralized workflows and is key leadership role that blends strategic oversight with execution in call center operations, workforce planning, capacity modeling, patient financial coordination, and global operations.

This role will serve as the primary liaison between the Customer teams and the Cotiviti teams including implementation/delivery, Product and other relevant teams as necessary, ensuring that products/solutions delivered align with agreed upon Customer requirements and scope. The successful candidate will also be responsible for capturing Customer feedback, understanding the reasons behind any gaps, and managing the process to triage and resolve these gaps.

This position plays a pivotal role in collaborating with our partner clinical team and training our multi-site Patient Navigators to successfully educate patients on the benefits of genetic testing and early detection.
