The Group Facilitator will run evening virtual group sessions for Equipβs patients and families, facilitating support, skills, and treatment groups. The ideal candidate has experience leading therapeutic groups, a passion for evidence-based care, is reliable, and is a strong communicator.
Equip is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics to join its rapidly growing clinical care team caring for patients ages 6-99 years with eating disorders in a 100% virtual Telehealth platform, working alongside a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor to help patients recover from eating disorders.
The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for children and adults with eating disorders via Equipβs 100% virtual Telehealth platform. Family Nurse Practitioners are essential members of Equip's 5-person virtual treatment team, working alongside a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor to help people recover from eating disorders.
The Revenue Accounting Manager will manage revenue recognition for the consolidated company, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition and reconciliation across systems. This role requires extensive experience in revenue recognition accounting, exceptional analytical skills, experience building reports with SQL, excel, etc. and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a cross functional role working with many teams, including Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Product & Technology.

They represent Equip's mission, connect people to treatment, and require an entrepreneurial and self-driven approach. This remote role involves regular field engagement, balancing virtual and in-person meetings.
This position seeks a candidate with experience in the treatment or study of Binge Eating Disorder as well as Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. The Sr Program Development Lead will focus on the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services, protocols, resources, and educational materials at Equip.
