The Manager, Financial Counseling will lead, support, improve, and scale the Financial Counseling department at Equip, providing critical oversight of the team that manages inquiries from patients and families about bills, EOBs, out-of-pocket responsibility, and payment plan options. They will support Equip’s patients and families to stay in active treatment and removing any financial barriers to ongoing care. The role requires extensive health care experience in revenue cycle management, billing, claims, benefits verification, and patient customer service.
The Director of Finance will be responsible for working directly with leadership to shape company-wide financial strategy while building out the processes, models, and reporting frameworks that empower data-driven decision making across the business. This role requires experience managing FP&A and strategic finance in high-growth and/or startup environments.
The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for all nutrition-related aspects of care, working closely with family members to equip them with the skills needed to nutritionally restore their child. The Registered Dietitian consults in a collaborative fashion with the Equip treatment team to provide evidence-based care for families undergoing eating disorder treatment for their child via Equip’s family-based treatment approach.
The Vice President, Medical Operations & Quality is at the helm of clinical guidance and training, ensuring high-quality medical and psychiatric care for patients at Equip. This role participates in the development, and leads the implementation and monitoring of policies and protocols. The Vice President, Medical Operations & Quality works with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to support the Medical team in delivering integrated care. This position requires strategic thinking regarding how to scale care in a fast-growth environment.
Lead the teams that play a key role in developing a pipeline of new provider relationships and delivering on a white-glove referral experience. Core responsibilities include team leadership, coaching to ensure effective prospecting, achieving growth metrics, adhering to timelines and service level expectations, and standard operating procedure management.
The Executive Assistant II will support Equip’s Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer by proactively managing day-to-day schedules, enabling executives to complete obligations efficiently. This role involves strong communication to build relationships across the company and with external stakeholders, requiring attention to detail, deadline orientation, and minimal direction to anticipate needs.
The Group Facilitator will be responsible for running evening virtual group sessions for Equip’s patients and families, focusing on the facilitation of support groups, skills groups, and treatment groups. The ideal candidate has prior experience leading therapeutic groups, has a passion for evidence-based care, is reliable, and is a strong communicator.
