This role supports patient and family engagement and scheduling needs across our Care Experience departments, while engaging in an administrative function that supports overall team outcomes and patient retention. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a consistent experience for patients and families as they onboard the platform and access Equip’s specialized care team and resources throughout their recovery journey.

Physician

Equip is seeking a board-certified MD or DO in Family Medicine, or a dual board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) for a Direct Patient Care + Clinical Leadership role on its rapidly growing clinical care team caring for patients ages 6-99 years with eating disorders in a 100% virtual Telehealth platform. Physicians are essential members of Equip's multidisciplinary virtual treatment team.

Licensed Therapist

US

The Licensed Therapist will work closely and effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, utilize evidence-based care modalities such as FBT and CBT-E, deliver evidence based treatment, provide quality documentation, and assess patients’ and families’ needs. To ensure continuity of care, Equip is committed to offering benefits that support long-term well-being and job satisfaction. Working hours are Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm.

As a strategic, creative, and self-driven individual, the Videographer plays a key role in conceptualizing and executing video solutions across a variety of channels. This role works cross-functionally across the company, applying advanced videography knowledge and a deep understanding of Equip’s brand and business goals to bring thoughtful, high-impact content to life. The Videographer has extensive experience in brand storytelling and a thorough understanding of channel and video best practices.

Admissions Specialist I

The Admissions Specialist I fields admissions inquiries and serves as the front door for families seeking care with Equip. The role requires strong communication and relationship skills and a can-do attitude. The Admissions Specialist I is passionate about evidence-based care and enjoys learning and growing as a team.

Registered Dietitian

The Registered Dietitian will handle nutrition related aspects of care, and work with family members to Equip them with the skills to nutritionally restore their child. They will consult with the Equip treatment team to provide evidence-based care for families undergoing eating disorder treatment for their child.
