The Group Facilitator will run evening virtual group sessions for Equip’s patients and families, facilitating support, skills, and treatment groups. The ideal candidate has experience leading therapeutic groups, a passion for evidence-based care, is reliable, and is a strong communicator.

Equip is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics to join its rapidly growing clinical care team caring for patients ages 6-99 years with eating disorders in a 100% virtual Telehealth platform, working alongside a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor to help patients recover from eating disorders.

The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for children and adults with eating disorders via Equip’s 100% virtual Telehealth platform. Family Nurse Practitioners are essential members of Equip's 5-person virtual treatment team, working alongside a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor to help people recover from eating disorders.

The Revenue Accounting Manager will manage revenue recognition for the consolidated company, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition and reconciliation across systems. This role requires extensive experience in revenue recognition accounting, exceptional analytical skills, experience building reports with SQL, excel, etc. and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a cross functional role working with many teams, including Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Product & Technology.

The Pre-Licensed Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team and use evidenced based care modalities. Responsibilities include evidence based treatment delivery, quality documentation, and ongoing assessment of patients’ and families’ needs. The role involves emotionally rewarding but inherently difficult work, they provide family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic setting.

As the Referral Coordinator, you'll triage incoming patient referrals from provider partners, working closely with the outreach and admissions teams to ensure a smooth referral experience; this role involves administrative duties requiring detail-orientation, organization, and self-motivation, and you'll communicate with medical/mental health providers and collaborate with cross-functional teams daily.

The Senior AI Engineer will lead the strategic implementation of AI technologies across business operations to drive automation and increase employee productivity by delivering high-impact, secure, and scalable AI solutions that streamline manual workflows. The Senior AI Engineer also establishes AI governance frameworks and will support company-wide adoption of AI tools and best practices.

This role maintains, organizes, and manages patient health information in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of medical records while supporting care teams and external facilities with timely access to information. The MRS I is detail-oriented, efficient, and knowledgeable about health information management systems and regulations such as HIPAA.

Assist patients and their families in understanding Equip’s insurance coverage, billing process, payment plans, and any aspects of the patient financial account. Financial Counselors serve as a liaison between patients, supports, care team members and insurance plans. As a primary point of contact, they provide an unparalleled service experience. Financial Counselors are also responsible for service recovery and conducting reactive outreach to resolve billing concerns and ensure patients remain engaged in treatment.

The Clinical Partnerships Representative drives patient acquisition by building strategic relationships across a multi-state territory with healthcare and community organizations. They represent Equip's mission, connect people to treatment, and require an entrepreneurial and self-driven approach. This remote role involves regular field engagement, balancing virtual and in-person meetings.

This position seeks a candidate with experience in the treatment or study of Binge Eating Disorder as well as Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. The Sr Program Development Lead will focus on the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services, protocols, resources, and educational materials at Equip.

The Growth Marketing Specialist will manage the performance of existing and new digital channels (with a focus on Paid Meta), and growth partnerships, also supporting overall growth marketing through data analysis and insights gathering. This person should have a foundational understanding of digital marketing and paid social and strong analytical skills.

This role will lead and execute highly targeted account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives focused on health insurance payors, their members, and hospitals and health systems. The Integrated Marketing Specialist will design and implement personalized, multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns that drive engagement, account growth, and member activation across key accounts, working closely with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional Marketing teams.
