The Training Evaluation Manager is responsible for the overall evaluation of Equip’s clinical training programs to ensure fidelity to patient care protocols. The Training Evaluation Manager will oversee a small team of fidelity raters and will collaborate with the Data & Insights team on the development of automated fidelity measurement tools to monitor fidelity to treatment.

As a Charge Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely charge submission by reviewing clinical documentation, entering billable services into the billing system, and resolving discrepancies. This role requires strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of payer requirements. The Charge Entry Specialists also support audits, charge corrections, and special projects.
Be crucial in developing and maintaining infrastructure, platforms, and developer tools, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools, to enable efficient development and scaling. Also support web (Java, React, PostgreSQL) and mobile (React Native) applications, standardizing AWS deployments and CI/CD practices. You'll champion engineering best practices and maintain a scalable platform that supports reporting and analyses across all our business domains. You will build and maintain robust data models, ensure data infrastructure reliability, and design data models for efficient use by all teams. Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to enhance the data platform and power business decision making.
The Admissions Specialist I will be responsible for fielding admissions inquiries and will serve as the front door for families seeking care with Equip. This role requires strong communication and relationship skills, a love of data and spreadsheets, and a can-do attitude. The Admissions Specialist I is passionate about evidence-based care.
The Licensed Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team and utilize evidenced based care modalities. They will be responsible for evidence based treatment delivery, quality documentation, and ongoing assessment of patients’ and families’ needs. The role involves emotionally rewarding but inherently difficult work.
This leader will be accountable for clinical research & outcomes, driving continuous advancement of clinical performance, and amplifying Equip’s reputation as a scientific and clinical leader in the behavioral health space. The Vice President will develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for research, academic collaborations, and clinical outcomes that uphold and expand on Equip’s dedication to clinical excellence.
