Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective support to users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product application support or IT Helpdesk.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills.
