Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective support to users.
- Investigate and troubleshoot software and platform issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product application support or IT Helpdesk.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills.
