You’ll play a critical role in shaping the journey for Registered Dietitians (RDs) looking to join Nourish. This role is centered around creating an amazing hiring experience, vetting candidates, setting up offers, and developing candidate communication plans. You’ll take full ownership of applicants and shape their hiring experience from end to end and help refine and evolve our hiring strategy, taking initiative to improve processes as we grow.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles including top-of-funnel strategy, sourcing, screening, and managing the interview and offer process. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to shape hiring strategies, clarify requirements, and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines. Drive a thoughtful candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, timely feedback, and inclusive practices at every stage.

Transforming the insurance industry by finding, assessing, and presenting diverse candidate profiles in full cycle recruiting. You will build strong relationships with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hit headcount goals. The Talent Acquisition Partner will develop sourcing strategies to seek out candidates using job boards, social media and guide candidates through the interview process including managing salary negotiations.
