As the Gangs and Violence Reduction Training Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and developing training that empowers professionals to support individuals at risk of gang involvement and exploitation. You'll lead CPD-certified and internal training programs on topics such as gang awareness, youth violence, restorative practices, and conflict resolution.

As the Global Onboarding Program Manager, you will own, optimize, and scale Wrike's global onboarding experience, ensuring that new hires across Sales and Customer Success are set up for success from day one with a streamlined, engaging, and impactful onboarding journey. Field work is a necessary component of this role, and travel is required.
