The Employee Relations Senior Specialist will proactively build relationships with all staff and provide guidance and direction on policies, procedures, the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) and employment laws. They will assist with employee relations related matters, including investigations to resolve issues and they will support managers with the performance management process for their direct reports.

Lead sensitive workplace investigations across different business units; conduct interviews of complainants, subjects, and witnesses; make objective recommendations based on your findings; and draft clear investigative reports with your summary of findings. You'll keep up to date on relevant employment laws and regulations and consult with in house employment attorneys as needed.
