The Senior HR Business Partner provides effective HR operational services and advice to business leaders to support the delivery of Equip’s organizational objectives and outcomes. The role is an internal consultant on all People-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent planning, acting as an employee champion and leadership coach.
