Serve as a key strategic partner to Headway’s Finance, Payer, and Operations teams during a pivotal growth phase for the company, and as the lead attorney within the Corporate function, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. Lead Headway’s Corporate legal function as it relates to corporate transactions, maintaining and updating Management Services / Medical Practice agreements and relationships, board governance, and supporting Finance and Accounting teams.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, product development, and marketing. Support Headway’s health plan relationships and payer strategy to continue expanding Headway’s provider network impact, working cross-functionally with teams. As the only tech-enabled behavioral health Managed Services Organization built with entirely in-house software, Headway has an unprecedented opportunity in the clinical space.
As a Staff Designer for provider growth, you’ll lead the design vision and execution for how we attract, onboard, and activate providers on Headway. Your mission is to grow the number of active providers on Headway by delivering a seamless, delightful onboarding and activation experience and by empowering high-impact growth channels. You’re responsible for critical surfaces across the provider funnel, including: lead form intakes, credentialing, onboarding, and referral programs.
We are looking for a top-notch problem-solver and communication whiz to guide our providers and patients through their experience on Headway. You will deliver on the Headway promise by helping providers and patients through any issues, solve inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, continuously learn and advocate for our providers and patients.
