Own the benefits determination platform strategy and roadmap to achieve company goals for billing accuracy and collections loss reduction. As a Senior Accountant, you will ensure accurate financial record-keeping and help establish financial operations that scale with the growth of the company. You’ll assist with month-end close, oversee payroll accounting processes, conduct technical accounting analyses, and implement process improvements.
Manage the end-to-end execution of our equity‑compensation program, partner deeply with People, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll and external counsel, and establish best‑in‑class processes, controls, and communications. You'll architect and execute full‑cycle equity administration in Carta, lead vendor RFPs, and serve as the equity liaison for employees.
