Job Description
Headway is on a mission to make mental healthcare more accessible, and we're seeking a senior marketing leader to help shape and amplify our brand and product story. As the Head of Product and Brand Marketing, you will lead go-to-market initiatives across three core audiences: Providers (SMBs), Patients (Consumers), and Payers (Enterprises). You’ll be responsible for Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you’ll be a key partner in crafting and executing seamless, impactful customer experiences. You'll be responsible for launching new products, evolving the Headway brand, building a high-performing team, and translating complex value propositions into compelling marketing strategies that resonate across a diverse customer base. As one of a small number of senior leaders, you’ll play a leadership role in a rapidly scaling organization, collaborating with leaders across Product, Performance Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, and Operations, and help shape the broader strategy of a rapidly scaling organization.
