As a People Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to solve meaningful problems, support leaders in navigating team decisions, and help shape how Zapier operates as a PBP/ER team. In this role you’ll partner with leaders in the Build organization, supporting org design, coaching, team effectiveness, and performance. You’ll play a key role in helping the PBP/ER team work smarter using tools like Zapier and AI-enabled systems to test and improve how we operate.

In this role, you will lead HR operations, drive programmatic work on people programs, and be a strategic partner to managers and leaders. You will also manage key HR systems, build processes with scrappiness, and support culture and change initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic HR leadership and partnership to assigned business leaders and acts as a key member of leadership teams. They are people consultants, leveraging business acumen and data to drive solutions and propel the business and our people to success.

Provide day-to-day support on a variety of HR needs including employee relations and performance management. Manage AllTrails’ benefit and leave offerings, ensuring they are competitive, compliant and aligned to AllTrails’ unique needs and culture. Provide personalized support on employee benefit questions. Manage AllTrail’s global Contractor Program, supporting onboarding/offboarding, partnering with our vendors and driving efficiencies in our processes. Perform audits to ensure our benefit and other People programs are compliant.

This position is responsible for leading, supporting, and facilitating the delivery of HR services to the organizations while delivering high impact and value. The HRBP will work closely with the leadership teams and provide expert advice and coaching to drive and support their business objectives. The role will directly support client groups as well as ensuring that the team scales with the business.
