About the Role:
- Be a strategic advisor to Engineering and Product (EPD) leadership teams.
- Provide expert coaching on performance management and career development.
- Ensure technical teams have the environment they need to thrive.
Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HRBP experience supporting Engineering or Product organizations.
- Proven track record acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
- Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders.
