Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic thought and business partner to senior leaders.

Requirements:
- 12+ years of People/HR experience, with at least 4+ years of HRBP experience partnering directly with Executive and leaders.
- 2+ years experience in a People leadership role, ideally in a health or tech and high-growth company.
