The role involves partnering with GTM teams to understand client data requirements, translating those needs into data requests, consolidating existing and custom reporting, and conducting data analyses using SQL and Looker.

Serve as a key member of the People Team, focusing on People Partner capabilities to support continued growth. Develop talent strategy and advise on all things People such as performance management, talent development, and employee relations. This role is vital to successfully support and scale a high-growth organization by driving strategic initiatives.

We need a full-stack engineer who can pick up and understand complex technical areas quickly, is enthusiastic about building new products, and can develop scalable systems in a maturing service-oriented architecture. You'll be given lots of responsibility and the opportunity to have true ownership as we build out our products. You will implement web and mobile user experiences using React & React Native and build and maintain GraphQL APIs powered by Python services (Django, Flask).
