Working closely with a global team of PX Advisors, this role will provide generalist HR advice and guidance, ensuring that world class support is delivered to Xero employees, people leaders and our wider PX team; incorporating navigating employee relations issues as a trusted advisor, regional compliance and supporting PX Business Partners with strategic initiatives.

Serve as a strategic business partner to organizational leadership and employees in designated business units. Align HR practices with business goals to support the organization’s success. Provide daily HR guidance, and recommend HR strategies to improve work relationships, employee engagement, and productivity.

Serve as a business partner and trusted advisor, providing guidance on all aspects of HR to managers and employees within the CSW division, with a heavy focus on investigating and resolving employee relations issues, and driving HR initiatives that support business success. The ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization is crucial to this strategic role.
