The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Corporate and Sales enhances the results of a team of recruiters responsible for recruiting personnel by providing strategic, tactical, and functional support on a day-to-day basis. The manager develops relationships with key business leaders and works with corporate support departments to ensure the quick and efficient hiring of talent while guaranteeing an exceptional candidate experience. This is a remote position.

Focusing on finding permanent homes for youth, especially those hardest to place, in the foster care system. It begins with learning about the youth on your case load, thoroughly reviewing their history, and listening to their needs. Then, it's about problem solving, advocacy, and finding past and current connections of the youth to help them find stability in their lives and raise their future.

Be part of our international Talent Acquisition Team and work on recruitment projects to find the best talents for the AUTO1 Group. Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by building long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners. Conduct end-to-end recruitment with the focus on our “Production” area and approach our talents in Czech, German and English. Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends.
