Reporting to the SVP, RCM & Credentialing, the AVP is responsible for leading a national team and overseeing credentialing, re-credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment processes for providers in Privia’s high performance medical groups. Relationship management and communication with Market Presidents, Market Operations, and Providers is a key success factor in this role.
Manage and prioritize a high volume of job requisitions across functions and levels. Source and engage with active and passive candidates, both local and remote. Ensure positive and streamlined candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
