As the Executive Vice President of People & Talent, this role shapes and executes Very Good Ventures' global people strategy and guides a highly engaged and high performing remote team culture. This leader will lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle and requires a balance of business acumen and deep understanding of employee engagement and culture building.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in aligning People Ops strategies with business objectives, partnering closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and SVP, Engineering supporting all teams under the Engineering, Design and Product (EPD) function; you’ll act as a strategic partner, advisor, and coach to leadership and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance in a hyper growth environment.
