As the Senior People Partner for G&A functions, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping the teams that underpin Samsara's continued global growth. You will be a trusted advisor, proactively partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People Operations, and other critical G&A teams. This role is a remote position open to candidates residing in Canada.

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that drive performance and engagement. Support performance calibration processes and coach people leaders to effectively manage performance. Lead key culture and engagement programs and advocate for Superside’s values.
