Senior HR Business Partner, Claude Corps

What you'll do:

• Partner with program leaders and managers to advise on performance, employee concerns, and team needs.
• Own fellow onboarding for each cohort, ensuring all employment steps are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage employee relations and performance issues with care and consistency, escalating when needed.

Requirements:

• At least seven years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR business partner advising on performance and conduct.
• Experience running onboarding at volume and managing multi-state employment requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and process improvement skills.
