HR Business Partner

Overview:

• As HR Business Partner, you will support managers and employees at MissionWired and BWF Zuri in all things people-related.
• You will be an integral part of the People team, seamlessly delivering aspects of the employee experience to various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively support managers and employees to enable people-centric decisions while maintaining consistency.
• Work with the People team to deliver excellence in programs including performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Support the Senior HRBP in coaching managers on employee relations issues and applying company practices.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience, with 5 years in Human Resources focused on People Operations.
• Proven record of effectively supporting managers in complex people situations and experience working with people at all levels.
