About the Role:
- You will partner with leadership and employees across the organization on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
- You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and cross-functional teams to navigate complex employee matters globally.
Requirements:
- Bring 3+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or Generalist experience with strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
