Sr. Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

• Partner with leaders across clinical operations, technology, and corporate functions to build a high-performing, people-first culture.
• Combine strategic HR guidance with hands-on employee support to strengthen engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

• Advise functional leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
• Manage sensitive employee matters and coach managers on performance conversations, conflict resolution, and employee decisions.
• Support performance reviews, career pathing, manager capability building, and workforce planning.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a People Partner, HR Manager, HR Program Manager, or similar.
• At least 4 years supporting clinical teams and experience in healthcare, value-based care, or technology-enabled clinical services.
• Deep understanding of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states, including California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, and Washington.
