Open Positions

  • Manage a portfolio of named accounts to drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and C-level executives, providing strategic guidance on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and ensure high levels of customer engagement and adoption of Keeper solutions.

  • Design and execute test plans for Keeper Connection Manager features and secure remote access workflows.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing across KCM components, validating protocols like SSH, RDP, and VNC.
  • Work closely with Engineering to troubleshoot complex issues, reproduce defects, and track them with clear documentation.

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Keeper's consumer product line across web, iOS, Android, desktop, and browser extensions.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, and design to optimize growth metrics like activation, conversion, and retention, ensuring a cohesive cross-platform user experience.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, using customer research and analytics to prioritize features and champion a security-first, user-friendly experience.

  • Serve as the Information Systems Security Officer for assigned systems, maintaining security documentation and supporting authorization activities.
  • Coordinate security control implementation with Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams, managing Plans of Action and Milestones.
  • Support continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response for FedRAMP and GovRAMP environments.

  • Identify and advance technology partnership opportunities across security, identity, cloud, collaboration, and DevOps ecosystems.
  • Manage a high-volume partner pipeline from research through onboarding, using API documentation and testing tools like Postman.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure accurate integration positioning and launch readiness.
