Open Positions

  • Own global customer lifecycle strategy spanning onboarding, adoption, education, retention, and expansion across segments and regions
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing customer marketing team with clear operating rhythms and accountability
  • Own customer communications including newsletters, product announcements, webinars, and educational programming to drive adoption and satisfaction

  • Own data governance standards and field definitions across HubSpot.
  • Manage enrichment integrations and associated workflows to optimize data and continuously audit data quality using dashboards to improve reporting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain scalable multi-stage nurture programs to support leads passed back to marketing from sales to nurture based on nurture reason.

  • Work with an established client base and be responsible for growing revenue through these accounts using our industry-leading solutions.
  • Proactively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers to deliver consistent value across the entire lifecycle.
  • Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication; conduct quarterly business reviews.

  • Provide exceptional customer service for technical support via phone, e-mail and online requests.
  • Represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality, and track, prioritize, resolve, and incorporate issues into product releases.
  • Assist customers in the installation and deployment of Keeper’s software products, and track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
