We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise to build and scale the programs that fuel Mimica’s pipeline. You’ll own how enterprise buyers discover Mimica, engage with Mimica, and move through the funnel — designing campaigns and nurturing motions that turn interest into qualified opportunities. Your work will directly shape our revenue engine and accelerate our go-to-market momentum.

This role will lead growth for emerging business lines and expansion markets, owning acquisition, funnel design, landing page testing, CRM strategy, creative direction, and channel experimentation for new ventures. It requires performance marketing depth with startup scrappiness and the ability to build new playbooks, collaborating across brand, marketing, product, data, and engineering teams.

Design, implement, and optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, engagement, conversion, churn prevention, reactivation) to improve user retention and revenue outcomes. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to execute campaigns on time and align CRM efforts with broader company initiatives. Manage multichannel communications (email, push notifications, in-app messages, and product surfaces).

Own and expand our CRM efforts across patient and referral acquisition. This role will focus on building automated, personalized lifecycle journeys that improve engagement, re-engagement, increase retention, and support growth across our direct-to-consumer (D2C) and referral marketing (B2B) funnels.

The Lifecycle Marketing Consultant will maintain and optimize the strategy and execution of all email marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This individual will support ongoing initiatives and help build new nurtures and campaigns to advance business objectives. This role sits on the Digital Marketing team and has the direct oversight of our Social Media Specialist, ensuring integrated campaigns and consistent brand messaging.

The primary goal of this role is to generate a robust pipeline from new logo accounts within our Owners market.
