Job Description

Maximize customer adoption, retention, and expansion through targeted programs and campaigns. You will map the post-sale journey, identifying key moments to educate, delight, and upsell customers. Build multichannel programs (email, in-app, webinars, events) that drive feature adoption and contract growth. Cultivate advocates for case studies, testimonials, and peer-to-peer referrals. Segment accounts by health, usage, and intent, triggering targeted messaging. Provide CSMs with nurture tracks and renewal/upsell materials, surfacing product-usage insights. Track churn, net revenue retention, and upsell metrics, presenting findings and iterating.
