Job Description

This role will lead and own Lumivero’s global B2C marketing efforts as well as demand generation strategy and execution for Lumivero’s research line of business (LOB)—including NVivo, Atlas.ti , XLSTAT, and Citavi—as a primary B2C channel with a strong emphasis on driving growth, optimizingconversion rates, and improving the B2C customer journey for Lumivero’s suite of products. It requires proven expertise in creating and executing marketing initiatives across digital channels and collaborating cross-functionally. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive global B2C demand generation strategy, managing full-funnel B2C campaigns, and optimizing B2C customer journeys. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with digital marketing, marketing operations, content, and product marketing teams. The role will drive initiatives to enhance the web experience, improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints, and measure campaign performance using tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics.
