• Provide high quality software implementation consultancy to customers.
• Act as the conduit between the Customer and Technical teams, providing guidance.
• Train project team and end users on business solution.

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Strengthen the team’s technical depth by mentoring Technical Consultants and promoting best practices.

• Designs, builds, and maintains automated test suites supporting customer implementations and internal delivery frameworks.

• Provide high-quality software implementation expertise to Enable customers.
• Act as the conduit between the Customer and Technical teams, providing guidance.
• Provide customization, installation, and integration support to customers either on-site or remotely.

Define and lead the visual identity, creative strategy, and execution for our brand and marketing programs. Work closely with the VP of Brand & Communications, internal marketing teams, and external agencies or freelancers. Deliver high-quality, on-brand creative across digital, web, video, social, events, and campaigns.
