Implement and manage key learning and development programs and initiatives, increase employee engagement, enhance the overall employee experience, and strengthen Enable's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and brand. These programs and initiatives will be linked to key business goals, opportunities, and targeted results across the business. Work across functions and teams, collaborating with People Business Partners, people managers, the Talent team, and other stakeholders.
The Functional Consultant's main responsibility is to implement revenue management applications into the customer's ERP e.g. Microsoft D365, SAP etc. Responsible for providing high-quality business and software implementation expertise to customers and support the customers either on-site or remotely during the Analysis, Design, Build and Deploy stages of the engagement and post go live support.
