Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Danish CRM Manager to join our team to lead customer engagement efforts in the Danish market. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that resonate with local players while staying compliant with Danish regulatory standards. This role spans both casino and sportsbook products and plays a vital role in driving retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities include developing and executing tailored CRM campaigns specifically for the Danish market , focusing on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value (LTV). You will own and manage lifecycle, promotional, and engagement campaigns across casino and sportsbook verticals. You should ensure all CRM activities are fully compliant with Danish gaming regulations and promote responsible gaming best practices. Analyzing customer behavior and campaign performance data to continuously improve results is expected, as is using CRM platforms for personalization, segmentation, and campaign automation. The candidate will collaborate closely with data, product, and marketing teams to create seamless and engaging customer journeys and stay informed on local market trends, player feedback, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
