Responsible for supporting the projects, programs and communications between Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics, Pharmacy/ Supply Chain in relation to our Financial Systems. The goal of this highly cross-functional role is to keep all teams on track and tasks running smoothly while mitigating and navigating risk and maintaining clear internal communication across all related teams for projects and programs impacting our Financial Systems.

This role combines advanced data analytics with Docebo LMS administration to provide actionable insights that drive training effectiveness and organizational performance. The Learning Analyst will design and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks, develop key learning metrics, and leverage data analytics tools to transform learning data into strategic business intelligence. Hims & Hers is seeking a Director of Policy Development & Regulatory Intelligence to advise the company’s work at the intersection of healthcare regulation, legislative strategy, and evidence-based policymaking. This role combines regulatory intelligence with proactive policy development—shaping public policy, supporting advocacy, and ensuring the company stays ahead of emerging issues in digital health, data privacy, AI in healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, and drug compounding.

Support strategy development and lead roadmap creation for our subscriber experience across app and web. You will be responsible for identifying, defining, and driving user experience improvements that deliver measurable impact to subscriber engagement and retention. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, product marketing, and data teams to create intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences across our digital platforms.

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Engineering Manager for our Customer Experience squad. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, executives, and business sponsors to deliver systems, process, and platform solutions to meet Hims & Hers business needs across our web storefronts and mobile apps. This is a pivotal leadership role, where you'll be a hands-on leader, fostering a collaborative environment while driving high-impact initiatives.

Support our Customer Insights team on a full-time, six-month contract as the Senior Brand Insights Consultant. You’ll lead high-impact research initiatives including brand tracking, segmentation, campaign measurement, thought leadership, and claims validation - helping drive a deeper understanding of our brand, customers, and the evolving healthcare landscape.
