• Serve as a technical expert and end-to-end owner of care experience data, core metrics, and business reporting
• Partner with Care Experience, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams to define, track, and improve core business and care KPIs
• Investigate care performance trends, operational issues, and data anomalies, and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations

• Lead integrated program management for R&D, facilities, equipment, and compounding initiatives from concept through validation and operational launch.
• Own program plans that span formulation development, process scale-up, facility readiness, equipment installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and operational handoff.
• Ensure new programs are designed and executed with 503A & 503B sterile and non-sterile operational realities in mind, including capacity, workflows, staffing, and compliance.

• Advise on regulatory compliance matters across jurisdictions.
• Support business units on pharmacy operations and supply chain issues.
• Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries and complaints.

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to inform global product launches, messaging, positioning, and ongoing optimization
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Comms to ensure research directly shapes strategies and market-level execution
• Partner with the U.S. Customer Insights & UX Research team to connect learnings across regions, highlight similarities and differences, and identify global opportunities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for our native mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Prototype, code, review PRs, and shape engineering standards that elevate quality across the org.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Platform teams to align technical roadmaps.

• Own all high-volume and hourly hiring delivery for assigned site(s).
• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to Plant and Operations leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop site recruiters and recruiting coordinators.

• Run the integration of all acquired companies and manage the ongoing relationships with our partners.
• Help set and communicate the high-level strategy for integrating acquired companies, manage the cross functional integration process, and work closely with our executive team to ensure alignment.
• Manage post deal earn outs, indemnity payments, and other post closing activities, as well as tracking deal success metrics and milestones for both partnerships and M&A deals

• Lead relationships with potential partners, manage and negotiate commercial and economic agreements, and ensure efficient delivery.
• Run a cross-functional process working with product, engineering, legal, operations, and medical teams to put in place commercial agreements.
• Work directly with the Executive Team in a fast-paced environment.

• Design and own core AI workflow platforms, orchestration systems, and shared SDKs that power intelligent healthcare experiences.
• Build scalable, reliable systems for LLM orchestration, grounding, evaluation, and agent-like workflows.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and observability systems that measure AI behavior, grounding, safety, and quality.

• Lead projects through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative customer experience features
• Break down complex, behind-the-scenes projects into discrete phases that deliver value to users and the business incrementally.
• Consolidate feedback from marketing, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to develop strategies to accelerate adoption of treatments

• Define and execute strategic product roadmaps that improve user experience, foster growth, and support customers throughout their lifecycle across multiple treatment categories.
• Lead projects from discovery through technical development and launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous iteration based on data and customer insights.
• Identify friction points in the user journey to build empathetic and accessible solutions.

• Own the architecture and evolution of Hims & Hers’ Core Customer Platform.
• Design and implement distributed systems that scale to millions of transactions.
• Mentor and guide senior engineers in system design and operational excellence.

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of engineers fostering a culture of innovation. Own technical vision, strategy, and execution for diagnostics, insights, and membership experiences. Partner with cross-functional leaders to create seamless user experiences across testing, treatment, and ongoing care.
