Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will lead system implementation, driving end-to-end scoping and implementation of financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) across Hims' finance organization. This position requires system ownership and support to ensure the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and governance of financial systems, meeting the evolving needs of our growing business. They will also partner with FP&A, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to assess, redesign, and automate key financial processes. They will need to conduct needs assessments and vendor evaluations to ensure Hims is using the best financial systems. This effort includes building documentation and training programs to enable finance and business partners to effectively use financial systems. The manager will ensure high data quality and consistency between systems, working closely with engineering, data, and operations teams and act as a thought partner to finance and business leadership, helping align system capabilities with long-term strategic goals.
