Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analytics & Revenue Reporting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who can dedicate 6 to 8 hours per day during the first week of each month to support Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and subscription-based reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of SaaS metrics, revenue data analytics, and business intelligence tools.

Looking for a Product and BI Analyst due to team expansion, with the ability to work 1-2 days a week in the evening or afternoon to match US time zones. As the Product and BI Analyst, you will own the BI domain by leading company-wide analytics, defining processes, and championing a data-driven culture. You will partner with various teams to track KPIs, analyze performance, and uncover improvement opportunities, turning data into impact.

As a BI Analyst, you will develop datasets, assist with dataset development, and develop data visualizations and analyses. You will work closely with many divisions of the company. You will build interactive dashboards, reports and powerpoints that effectively communicate insights and motivate action. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of data warehouse tables or views to support analysis and reporting.

In this role, you will uncover hidden patterns in product adoption data, optimizing our product offering to clients through better targeting and identifying their needs. You will collaborate with product verticals to analyze and interpret data trends, perform exploratory analytics, client profiling, and identify product bundles that drive retention and revenue growth. You will also research adoption trends and work closely with the growth team, validating hypotheses and finding areas for improvement.

We are seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our products. The analyst will analyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points.

Transition legacy systems to a cloud-native, modern data stack leveraging tools such as Informatica, Airflow, Postgres and modern technologies like Snowflake, dbt , BigQuery , Looker, CI/CD, Git, Databricks, PowerBI , Datadog and Grafana. Build innovative, scalable, and reliable data products that support Kinaxis’ strategic goals. Partner with internal business stakeholders from different business units and cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored data solutions.
